MAJOR AZHARI BIN ABDULLAH is one of the Vice President of Paralympic Council Malaysia elected on 14th December 2019. He occupies the vice president slot in the board meant for representative from Personnel With Disability. He is the Chairperson of the Athletes Committee responsible for the wellbeing of personnel involved in para-sports. Being a representative of the PWD Community he is the ears and voice for the para-sports fraternity to listen to their constructive inputs and to voice out welfare issues for the holistic development of para-sports. He overseers the Athlete’s Commission. He is also President of Blind Football Association Malaysia since 2017 and is often selected as Manager for the National Blind Football Team. Major is also an accomplished athlete as a National Blind Shooter. Major Azhari is a career army officer who graduated from the Malaysian Army College in 1991 and is currently still serving in the Malaysian Army.
